Objective and Scope
Our Construction Management Service concentrates on the control of timing, quality (specifications), and budget for the construction bidding process to insure the execution of your strategy. Our team will be in close communication with our client, the developer, and contractor or subcontractors, to communicate and report directly to our client the status and progress of the construction process until final revision for the phases of the construction bidding process. To achieve this objective, we divide our work in the following steps:
In this phase our team works together with our client to determine all the activities necessary to complete the project as well as the parties responsible for each activity. The main activities include:

In this phase our team works together with our client and the developers to review the detailed schedule for the project. The main activity in this phase is the development and review of a project GANTT Chart* that can be later used for control and follow up. It is very important in this stage to make sure that each activity is analyzed to make sure that the time and the activities related to it are correctly programmed.
In this area the working policies between the contractor, PROVIMEX, and our client are established for the Bidding Process requirements. The main activities in this phase include:
a. Establish meeting schedules and procedures for bidding process.
b. Establish weekly progress report format for bidding process.
c. Establish monthly executive formats for bidding process.
d. Establish drawing authorization policies for RFP of bidding process.
e. Establish budget control and reporting procedures for preliminary permits.
f. Establish “Estimations” authorization and payment procedures for preliminary works and permits.
g. Establish “Change Order” authorization policies and procedures for construction contract.
h. Establish laboratory and outside quality checks for preliminary permits and construction contract.
i. Review and establish safety procedures for the job site for preliminary works and construction contract.
j. Recommend “Beneficial Occupancy” criterion for RFP and construction contract.
k. Recommend substantial and final completion criterion for RFP and construction contract.
In this phase our team is concentrated on the control of the project based on the planning and programming work done before. Some of the main activities in this phase include:
